WEEKEND CAMPING - YOUNG PERSON (11 - 17 years old)
Young Person tickets are available for purchase to a maximum of 4 per ADULT. Photographic ID might be required to gain access to the Festival. Young Person tickets are limited and subject to availability at point of sale.
CHILD TICKETS (0 - 10 years old)
Child tickets are limited and subject to availability at point of sale. Child tickets are available to a maximum of 4 per ADULT. Photographic ID may be required to gain access to the Festival; children must be accompanied by a ticket holder Over 18 at all times. For licensing purposes, All Children MUST be purchased in advance (online or at an outlet); child wristbands will be exchanged on arrival at the festival Box Office.
-Ticket holders 17 years old and under are not allowed in the arena after 11pm.
-10 years old and under are not allowed in the arena or campsites unaccompanied by an adult OVER 18 years old at anytime.
-Young Person ticket holders (11 - 17 years old), MUST camp in the same location as their families and/or guardians.
-By purchasing a Child (0 - 10 years old) or Young Person (11 - 17 years old) Ticket you are confirming that you are either the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian for the child or young person for whom you are purchasing.
-17 and under must be accompanied by an Adult over 18.
FOOD & DRINK
You are able to bring the following to the Festival:
EITHER: 12 cans beer / lager / cider per person OR: 6 cans and 1 bottle of wine (decanted into a plastic bottle) per person.
You may only bring this in on first entry only. Strictly no spirits or hard liquor. Please note, searches will be undertaken upon entry to ensure this is complied with. If you leave the site, upon re-admittance you may be searched again ¬ any alcohol above this allocation will be confiscated.
This alcohol may only be consumed in the campsite and cannot be brought into the arena or any other areas within the festival site.
LIVE-IN VEHICLES TERMS & CONDITIONS
-Vehicle tickets are only valid with a festival weekend camping ticket per person. Each person within the vehicle must have a valid weekend festival ticket and ONLY weekend festival ticket holders will be permitted in the campervan area.
-No tents, gazebos or awnings are allowed in the live-in vehicle area due to fire safety reasons.
-All Live-In Vehicles will be subject to search as a condition of entry.
-Designated areas of the site are the only place where Festival ticket holders can sleep in vehicles.
-These vehicles will only be allowed in the fields if they have living accommodation with fitted sleeping facilities and either fitted cooking or washing facilities.
-Unsuitable vehicles, including unconverted vans with Campervan / Caravan tickets will not be allowed entry and will be sent to one of the festival car parks ¬ and as it is contrary to our licence; security patrols will not permit sleeping in any vehicles in these car parks. Trailer tents are permitted.
-The decision that your campervan or caravan meets with our criteria is made by the Campervan gate manager and their decision is final.
-All other vehicles with the exception of towing vehicles must be parked in the car parks. Towing vehicles must remain in the same field as caravans, not parked elsewhere.
-Vehicle tickets must be purchased in advance.
-There are no campervan or caravan facilities for Local Residents day ticket holders.
-There is NO water or electricity hook available for individual live-in vehicles; however there will be a water point in the area for general use.
- There will be tipping points for campervan and live in vehicle's chemical toilets situated near the toilets blocks with-in their area.
-There is no re-entry for live-in vehicles that leave the site during the event.
-Please note that no live-in vehicles are allowed in the accessibility campsite. There will be accessible facilities available in the live-in vehicle area.
